Michael is a seasoned veteran of the Philadelphia Real Estate market. Michael oversees all aspects of the company including, evaluation of potential sites, zoning & planning, development & construction, financing, investor relations, and tenant management.
Scott has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Construction and Development industries. Prior to joining Blackstone, Scott worked for Martell Construction developing Public Libraries, School buildings, Recreational Centers, and private projects.
Lindsay is an accomplished Project Manager with over 30 years experience overseeing construction, infrastructure, and environmental projects for local, federal and military clients.
With over 20 years experience in real estate management, Ms Summers oversees the leasing, maintenance, and property management of all our buildings.
Dina has over 12 years experience in the Real Estate Management field. At Blackstone, Dina is responsible for tenant relations, building code compliance, resolution of violations, rent collections, leasing, tenant legal proceedings and supervision of building maintenance.
As Controller, Reuben is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, budget development, financial controls and analysis. Reuben holds a master of science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to joining Blackstone, Reuben worked for a large accounting firm in New Jersey.
Aaron plays an integral role as the bookkeeper for Blackstone Development. He is involved with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting for construction projects. Aaron holds a master of science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of accounting.
Richard is an experienced construction foreman overseeing the day to day operations at our construction sites.
Bianca is responsible for marketing and tenant management. Bianca graduated from Temple University with a BA in Marketing and Management. Prior to joining Blackstone, Bianca worked with the Temple & Philly Ad Club.
Peggy has extensive experience in the Real Estate Management field. Peggy manages the day to day operations, Accounting, Property Management, Marketing, and staff management.
Leroy is in charge of receiving and prioritizing tenants maintenance requests. It is his responsibility to ensure each is completed in a timely matter to the highest level of satisfaction.
Corey is in charge of construction safety and loss control at our construction projects.
